Splash!

I am a horrible blogger.  You'll have to forgive me for that.
I seem to have the same problem every time I start a Project 365 - I just can't keep up with it!  If you haven't noticed, I haven't posted in a month - oops!

Well yesterday we bought a pool, because it is just too hot to function here in Mississippi.  After about 30 minutes of blowing it up (with my mouth, sadly - Walmart was out of pumps, and I was too impatient to wait), we spent some time splashing around.

Playtime with Emery

Sometimes I just like to take the time and watch my daughter play.  At 18 months, she's not quite walking yet, but she's very mobile and she knows what she wants.  I love watching her explore and learn new things.  I wish she could stay little like this forever.

I guess I'm just feeling a little sentimental.

Easter

I'm so far behind with this, but life has been busy!

My New Model

Before my maternity shoot yesterday, I wanted to make sure all the lights were set up correctly.  I asked my husband to help me model a few poses (which he decided to tweak a bit).  He was even crazy enough to stuff a pillow up his shirt.

Bubbles

Emery has started getting extremely excited when my husband comes home from work.  Combine that with bubbles, and she's in heaven.

She's such a daddy's girl.
